Jean-Paul is a language teacher and technical communication trainer with thirty years of solid experience.

As a freelance consultant he has assisted many clients in the software and telecommunications industry, among which Alcatel. As head of the documentation team for Gemplus (now Gemalto), he was involved in developing an applet platform for mobile phones before becoming webmaster for the corporate website.

He is the founding President of French society Conseil des Rédacteurs Techniques and the past President of TCeurope.

He has published many articles in French and in English. The most recent one - Training in verbal skills (September 2014) - was published in the ISTC magazine Communicator.
